JOB SCOPE
  • Academy Channels: Lead the strategy and daily management for Danztech Movement’s Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
  • Commercial/Production Channels: Manage the Moredanztech Instagram channel, with a focus on commercial projects, production work, and brand collaborations.
  • Platform Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage the “community vibe” across all social platforms.
  • Multimedia Production: Proactively capture and edit high-quality content, including static posts, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/XHS), and class recordings.
  • Storytelling: Highlight teaching excellence, student progress, and behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the Danztech brand.
  • Content Planning: Develop and execute a consistent content calendar that balances promotional needs with community storytelling.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for student and parent inquiries. Deliver empathetic and professional support via WhatsApp and in person.
  • Onboarding: Guide new students through the enrolment process, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the studio’s offerings.
  • Community Events: Plan and execute studio-wide activities (e.g., themed weeks, student challenges, or social gatherings) to strengthen bonds among dancers.
